help me to id this (italian) vase! - ceramano angula, hans welling

i found this nice vase last weekend at a fleamarket and i ask myself which maker could it be?

looks a little bit like steulers zalloni design to me , but there are three numbers handwritten on the base like bertoncello.
maybe someone knows something about it.
