It seems to be mould-blown, and not pressed -- so not Sklo Union.

Can't help much further in ID though, sorry.
Maybe Italian, Empoli region? -- A decanter on 20th century glass looks similar in colour and style...

Interesting shape. I've been looking through Scandinavian and Czech glass in recent weeks and haven't seen anything like this, so it could be Italian.

Could you post a pic of the base?

Strangely it has no mold lines and a cut rim and FLC base however the bottom is pontil free
