Googling 'Webb Old English Bullseye' might lead to something.

I don't know much about recognising Webb, but I faintly recall there being a few factories who also made glass very similar to this... so unless you find an exact match, there's always a chance it's not Webb.

I think it's probably Webb but not Bullseye; that has fewer and more widely spaced bobbles
