small glass scent bottle?? Favrile ??? Signed

Hiya all , i have had this bottle for years and have never been able to work out what it says on the base. Is it a little scent bottle that should have had a stopper??? It really reminds me of the Favrile feathering design? I think it reads something like Esly on the base. Any info would be brill thanks
