ANTIQUE SILVER RUSSIAN SPOON

could anybody out there help me with this russian enamel cloisonne silver spoon?

84 zolotniki (.875 silver) that's the only thing I know...

would be great to get it dated

and to get the maker and or city identified....

some of them are quite well paid.... Shock

Looks like the spoon was controlled in Moscow in the 1880s (third mark) and later in The Republic of Latvia 1919-40 (first mark). The mark in the middle, perhaps the maker's mark, is unreadable to me.
