Silver cased pocket watch & key , anyone decipher the hallmarks & maker !

Bought this watch recently but can't find the maker !. Think it may be hallmarked for c1834 !, and the case maker may be G H - GEORGE HAMMON !. The Watch makers name is JOHN CETTI from BUCKINGHAM but can't find anything on him !!!. And last but not least, is this what they call a FUSEE MOVEMENT !!!. All help appreciated thank you .. Alan ..
