Lavorazione Murano

This a very large bottle in blue with white mottling - label says Lavorazione Murano made in Italy - I guess therefore it is made in Italy but is it one of these modern pieces made cheaply somehwere else in Italy or even further afield. I am sure it's very modern but how modern - it is dramatic as a floor vase Happy
