Sklo Union?

Can't find this anywhere, has usual Sklo Union attributes, bird bath base etc. I'm sure I have seen this before but can't remember. Probably Ikea Big Laughter

Well I Dunno , it has a look of some Ravenhead and some Littala, but as i have seen a few about I would plump for modern day far east.
