any ideas of maker please? (purple glass vase)

there was a fault duing the manufacture of this vase so the pontil was left unground but does anyone know who made it please?

A sharp or unfinished pontil mark doesn't necessarily mean a item is faulty. It may just mean that company/studio policy or finances resulted in no finishing.
