Any ID thoughts on this Scandinavian (?) dish please

I bought this as I thought the textured finish bore some similarities to some odd Scandinavian pieces I have had particularly an Iittala candldestick. The glass is quite thick, External diameter at rim 13.5 cms, internal diameter at rim 12cms. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks John
