Wedgwood, the bubbles are very often a bit cloudy inside, yours has an acid etched Wedgwood mark with Portland vase by the look of it.

Thanks John, spot on!

Yes, the bubble is a bit cloudy. The mark is virtually invisible in normal light but jumps out when you shine a light on the base.
