Smelling salts bottle

This bottle is 3 and 3/4 inches tall with a silver stamped lid and screw top with a glass stopper. I have no idea where it was made but the silver stamp has a Lion an Anchor looks like an old fashioned k and a D in a hole and then FS in another hole. Can anyone interpret this please and also the date if poss.

Lion = sterling silver
Anchor = Birmingham assy mark
