ID of amethyst dimpled decanter

Decanter 10 inches high, pea moulded/dimpled body and stopper.Stopper etched 16. Stopper and foot of decanter amethyst colour, rest clear glass.Polished pontil. Can anyone help with identification please?

There's a good chance it's English, c.1920s-30s, with Thomas Webb being a possible contender.
