ID help required encased clear waisted vase engraved flowersI thought that

I bought this thinking that it has a vaguely Scandinavian feel to the shape but not sure about the floral engraving/cutting. 10 inches tall and 1.5 inches wide at rim. All suggestions appreciated John

It's quite a basic cut, and my instinct it that's it's contemporary department store ware.
