Blue pressed glass pedestal sugar bowl ID required

I bought this recently to research it and ID the maker but have been unable to ID it. My research seemed to suggest early 20th century English from shape but I have been unable to track down the pattern and also most pieces I have found have been clear rather than blue. On the underside there are a circle of stars which unforunately don't show up very well in photos. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. John

Have now looked through literally hundreds of pages of catalogues etc German, Indiana, English and found absolutely nothing. Thanks for all suggestions.Now going for a nice lie down!!!
