Heavy Green Vase (is it Bohemian) ?

Bought this vase today, it is 14cms in height with floral decoration all the way around. It is thick glass compared to a lot of others I've seen of a similar style and fairly heavy for its size. There is a little wear on the base but no makers mark. Does anyone have any suggestions as to origin, maker, etc.

Can you post a photo of the base please (always required in ID requests) - it may help someone point you in the right direction.

the only other thing I can think of is Romanian - might be an area to look? Only because some vases which I thought were Czechoslovakian turned out to be Romanian. so perhaps worth a root around in that area.
