Gulvvase? blue glass vase

Need help to identify a Gulvvase type bottle? 
I am no expert, but the proportions seem off to me.
total ht. 16-5/8"
base dia. 4"
cap dia. 3-3/4"
base ht. 10-1/2" to neck
neck 1-1/2" dia.
The glass is blue cased in clear.
No markings.

Contemporary Chinese or Polish - probably quite new.

The bases on authentic vases actually look identical to yours - spotting the real ones from the imitations is more about the proportions of the shape and the colour.
