ID help required black glass top hat vase

Any id ideas on this black glass vase please. 6 cms tall x 18.5 cms diameter. Base flat with no mark

This looks quite recent, By that I mean post 1980 and probably post '90.
Krosno is a vague possibility but only because I know that they have used black in recent years. Pete

Looks more like Bagley Jettique 1930s or Davidson late 1950s IMHO
