Small Amber Coloured Dish

This small amber coloured, oval shaped dish is about 4in tall and around 6in wide, it is fairly heavy,has a flat polished base with no marks whatsoever,does anyone know who the manufacturer might be or the date of the dish. Many thanks.

Looks like generic / touristware Murano glass (not that I'm an expert on the subject). If this is the case, then pinning down a specific maker will be near-impossible.

Oh, the quality of this piece is still fairly impeccable - when it comes to Murano glass 'generic' doesn't always mean 'inferior'.
