Yellow Spiral design on 12in tall vase.

Its me again with my 2nd post. This is another charity shop purchase, the vase is 12in tall made of clear heavy glass, with a bright yellow spiral design running down from the rim to the base, with several blue/orange/white oval shapes dotted above the yellow spiral. Again I would be interested to know the manufacturer and the possible date of manufacture if at all possible. Looks like contemporary (post-1970s) Chinese, using what looks to be Italian-made Moretti paperweight canes.
