Green glass dish with unknown marks

Please can anybody help me to identify
this signature on a green glass dish.
I think the first part must be the name of the designer....?

The second part could be a date maybe "19...?"
Does anybody know the name?

can you read any part of the signature? Even the first letter may help

The first letter I think is "Z" or "L" and the last letter of the
first name is "y".
