birdy thingy

now, i'm sure i've seen this kind of thing in the latest Millers Collectibles guide, but i have lent my copy to a friend so can't confirm at the moment. I think it was by Holmgaard, but when and by who i have no idea. Also, guide price? ( i bought for £1.50 in a charity shop)

Can't find yours in the latest MG , holmegaard decanters of dog and fish , but all signed , dunno what your is used for .

Seen these before? I think it is a money box, the idea being you but the coins in their beaks and you watched your money mount up! Don't think they were by anyone special though - just a gimmicky gift shop item (sorry!).
