Unusual glass vase - Sklo Union?

Another mystery piece from my collection? Quite small and odd shaped with ridges and lumps and bumps everywhere? Mould blown and quite thin in places, bought it because it was interesting but I haven't managed to find a match in any of my books? Height approx 150mm.
