ID help required for possible Carstens Tonnieshof vase??

Hi,

Inherited this vase from my grandmother, I was hoping that someone may be able to help in identifieing this piece.
Its Marked "Austria" and "1246-23".There is a partial sticker on the vase, maybee carstens austria? cant read it fully.
I tried to attach some pics......any information would be appreciated.

It is Carstens, I think its Ankara decoration.

I was just browsing ginforsodditiques.com, and notieced that a blue vase had the same ankara decoration pattern.Any idea what the age is for something like this? maybee 1960s??

I dont think its ankara which has triangles and lines but another pattern possibly also named after a city in turkey

Deffo carstens , but not ankara , don't know decor name .
