Another cute Czech?

Hi there,
I think this little sweetie is a Sklo Union piece, not 100% though. Clear glass with some trailing blue bits. It's 6cm tall, an ashtray I think. Anyone know the designer? Thanks!

Not Sklo Union however it could be Czech ...
