German studio pottery - Johannes Peters

Picked up a small group of pots described as ‘German pottery’ which I believe are by the German potter Johannes Peters, but I can find very little about him online. Not my usual sort of thing but very well made in their ‘fresh off the wheel ‘ soft clay style. Can anyone confirm this ID, or point me to where I can find German studio pottery marks?

I think you're right. I only have one example of his marks - a P -  but it looks very much like his handwriting, and his style of work.

Thanks, Naomi - very strange pots, a bit of my brain is saying ‘yuck’ but the other bit is saying ‘ooh they are really well made.’ Will have to sit on a shelf for a while till my brain decides which side wins
