British? Bohemian? French? Help Identifying

I bought a job lot of cranberry glass specifically because I liked these items but now I’m stumped! I haven’t seen any cranberry cut to clear rinser or finger bowls like these anywhere on the net and I don’t believe that the flacons ever had lids due to lack of wear inside the neck. Can anyone help?
