Vintage to recent 20thC Chinese glass paperweights

Hmm the base looks a bit matt to me from the pix, so I'm thinking modern.

Denbydump, what are the trailing "legs" in the glass called? What is good resource for blown glass vocabulary? Thanks.

The rough, not quite circular base, and the flaws and bubbles
inside, suggest modern.
