Could be Guernsey pottery.
The "signature" might be the name of the flower.

There’s a very similar one by Joyce Morgan on Google images - but I don’t know the signature on this one; there were a lot of potters at Chelsea. Might be Kim …….? .

Edited to add, decoration very similar to Guernsey, so still not sure

The signature certainly could be Kim Warman of Chelsea Pottery and I’ve found similar flowers on pieces of hers, but I’ll do a bit more digging before coming to any conclusions

I think it's thrown but the potter has scraped across the base with their fingers making it look like it has a mould seam.
