This is porcelain made in Meissen geographic area, by one of the many factories which used to "copy" the imperial Meissen factory patterns .
The producer is Ernst Teichert - Colln Meissen. His better known father was Carl teichert whose mark was the word Meissen written in a circle and with one star above.
