1970's Sculptural tree form for ID. Empty 1970's Sculptural tree form for ID.

Sculptural form, circa 1970's (when purchased). I'm unsure whether this is red earthenware or stoneware.
Looks like it has a hessian all over imprint.
No discernible mark, no sticker.
I'm hoping someone knows the potter, unlikely though I know.

I agree that it appears to made around 1970 and it's stoneware but the style doesn't ring any bells.

It looks good (imo) from a distance. I wondered if it may have been a hobby potter, someone at college...
It is laden with firing mishaps and glued together in a couple of places.
The person it belonged to knew it was bought in the 70's (by a family member), but that was as far as the story went.
Yes, I can imagine Naomi. I won't be hanging onto it, it's destined to go in as a mixed lot in auction. Someone else can have the pleasure of researching further. It'll probably end up back on the forum within the next month or two haha.
