Very Good Quality Pottery Bowl - Marked LH - Unknown Factory

Hello,
This one has stumped me. It is twelve inches wide and 3" tall. It is pottery. Appears factory made with nice quality glazes. It is signed LH and also impressed with what appears to be 171 or 771. It also has F.139 6U written in black on bottom. I found a similar one online which had lots of crazing and also an old partial stamp that says handpainted. I also included this pic. That makes me think this is much older than it looks.
