Unusual Mid century decanter or Genie Bottle Scandinavian??? Empty Unusual Mid century decanter or Genie Bottle Scandinavian???

Picked this up and been unable to id it it is made from heavy steel blue glass
heavy stopper hollow blown with polished base quite a bit of wear too, The shape
makes me think Scandinavian maybe Iitallia? but not been able to find it so far
Any ideas folks???? 8" x 5"
