Good afternoon

I wonder if anyone could help identify this pottery bowl and stand?

It’s pitted in a volcanic style glaze but I don’t recognise the mark.

Any help appreciated.

Not a mark I've come across before. Not Rooke or wallwork. Looks fairly modern. Might be a new potter or might be from Europe
