Glass bowl - Langkawi Crystal, Thailand

I bought this today for the princely sum of £1.50. It is blue glass with yellow additions and sat on a clear glass base. Looks lovely against the light. It is engraved underneath with what appears to be Langham and then another series of words and numbers. Can anyone read the rest?

I don't think the second word is crystal, not sure what it is....not that it really matters. Another charity shop find. Thanks for the look!
