Hello, I was wondering what is your opinion on this piece. It shows some really nice decoration cameo looking of what appears male figures drinking. Decoration looks German but it could also be French. Anyone has an idea. thank you very much for looking!!

described as Villeroy & Boch Mettlach Early Ware Item, the number on the bottom is sometime of style identification #.

I appreciate all your help. It took mover a year to find it thank you once again.
