It's Cavan Irish Crystal. There are several pieces on the auction sites.

The factory may have closed, as I can't find a valid website.
Trip advisor says the visitor's centre is closed.

Went into receivership 1998 according to Irish Times article that pops up on search for 'Cavan crystal history'.
