Cmielow Goplana coffee set - but when? Empty Cmielow Goplana coffee set - but when?

Hi. Hoping someone might be able to help out with this Cmielow Goplana coffee set found in the North of England a few months ago. What I'm unable to to work out is the date. All pieces have the green Cmielow Made In Poland mark but the numbers and decoration look 'unusual' - the numbers read 064108 and on various pieces these numbers are split - 0641 with the 08 looking as if it has been stamped seperately. Is the 08 a date i.e. 2008? Also I can't find anywhere a similar floral pattern. If anyone has any pointers it would be much appreciated.
