Looks like a Peter Stoodley mark as shown on page 430 British Studio Potters Marks.

The mark looks very like Sheen Sinclair, with Alan Smith. The A is a bit short though
so not a definate. Worked out of Aldermaston.

I haven't seen any similar work by Alan Wallwork? His usual style is very different but it would be wonderful if this turned out to be an unusual piece
