Help ID chrome topless woman letter rack, signed Empty Help ID chrome topless woman letter rack, signed

Not sure how old this is - 8 cm long metal, maybe chrome or a silver metal with black paint or enamel.
Marked with possibly AC or similar on back. Indian ? Or something more collectable and worth identifying?

I haven't seen anything like it before and I have been "in the business" for around 40 years, which suggests to me that it is recent production
