Looks like an etching, is the paper indented around the edge of the image?

I’ll check when I get home as I’m at work. Have you any idea as to what the signature reads !!!, they’re all doctors prescriptions to me. Lol 😂

Etching is just scratched lines. This has areas of tone so possibly an aquatint.
