Found this: Hofservice” and others describe it as the “Brandenstein” pattern or as “Neubrandenstein”.

the parallel lines are signs that these items are by an inferior quality .

There are up to 4 schratches/slashes on some items. Slashes usually appears on swords but there are situations when they appear aside.
