I need some help in trying to identify the artist of this painting - looks along the lines of J DUPICSSIS?  Can anyone help please?

"J Du Plessis". Can't find the artist, but quite a common name in South Africa, and that kind of seascape with rocks seems rather popular there. There is a Llandudno in Cape Town.
