Vulcan Ware, Elektra Porcelain Co Ltd Longton Stoke on Trent 1924 - closed 1975. Not popular use these days and out of fashion. Nice though if you like the bright bold colours. Had this for years and I tried to sell it, no interest.  Shrugs  Shrugs  Shrugs
