Any ideas please on origin of this 14 cms tall piece.
I am guessing (but only guessing) 1930s Continental.

Wow that is a beautiful piece i agree has the 30s look wonder if it had a lid originally? can you put up a few more pics one of the base at least and does it glow I need one for my collection if so lol

Looks Czech to me but i'm no expert on these.
