Pottery money box in the shape of a mossy tree stump. Signed Jamy 1890. Possibly by Bordalo Pinheiro, Portugal. I’ve sent an email to the company's Museum

Hi, this reminds me of pieces made at the Buckley Pottery in Wales. In the 19th century they produced various things in this tree-stump style including money boxes. I think the colour on this is wrong for them, but the style is very similar - search for Buckley Pottery money boxes and you'll see examples with the same cut off branches.
