Please ID mine figurine

A chochlat brown salt glazed earthenware figurine. Figurine is unmarked. The man (mongolian?) carry a dog or sheap in his left arm and a big snake in his right hand and an other small snake in his waist in the back. Figurine is 20 cm high and aprox. 9 cm wide. It weigts 850 gr.

Hes a fireman, holding a hose, whos rescued a puppy. Without a mark or signature, Im afraid the chances of identifying the maker is very small.

Lol. I bought these figurine in a shop with lot of asiatica. These is why i thougt its a mongolian.
