Has anyone come across this pottery please? I've checked on the net and found nothing. I'm assuming the plaque is Italian from the name and design motif possibly mid century, but could equally be near contemporary.  It was found in a uk charity shop. Weighs heavy. 14" in diameter. Looks to be hand press moulded with incised decoration.  The clay appears to be heavily grogged with sand or something else with a fine texture. Many thanks

Not a name I've come across before. I wonder how old it is? Can you post a photo of the front of it.

Could be "Saluzzo", sharing the "S" with "Agostini". And "Agostini" is a surname, so I imagine the potter is Mr/Miss/Mrs Agostini, working in the town of Saluzzo.
