I would like help in identifying the mark and age of this bowl.
I think it has some years because I can see some spot of rust and signs of use on the bottom.

It's a modern decorator's piece made in China or Taiwan for export to the West. The stamp is one of the faux-Staffordshire stamps they use and as such is pretty meaningless, I'm afraid.
