Never seen one quite like this, with distinctive intertwined handles. Colourful glazes on terracotta.
There is some kind of mark there, maybe "L", but is glazed over so hard to make out.

Looks to be one of the Torquay potteries. I would say Watcombe who had a circular mark at one stage but you say you can see an L? It is similar to some of the streaky glazes I have seen produced in the 1920's anyway.

Devon was my first reaction too, although it seems too pale a glaze. Might be worth asking for ID from info@torquaypottery.co.uk.
